All clients receiving IV hydration services at Revive Beauty Center must complete an initial telemedicine consultation with a medical provider before treatment. This consultation reviews the client’s medical history, current medications, and eligibility for IV hydration.

  • Initial consultation fee: $25

  • Revive Beauty Center will pay this fee for the client’s first consultation only.

  • Medical clearance remains valid for six months, provided there are no significant changes to the client’s health or medications.

  • A new consultation is required if the client develops a new medical condition or begins taking medication that may affect eligibility.
