GLP-1 Medication Services

Clients receiving GLP-1 medication services must complete a telemedicine consultation with a medical provider every three months. This consultation reassesses the client’s treatment, medications, medical history, and continued eligibility.
Initial consultation fee: $40
Revive Beauty Center will pay this fee for the client’s first consultation only.
Future required consultations are the client’s responsibility.
An earlier evaluation may be required if there are significant changes to the client’s health, medications, or treatment needs.
